Getting your bookings in

Where do I send a booking?

To your own import address. It is under Account in the app, and on the screen that opens when you tap the plus. Forward the confirmation email there as it is; we read it and show you what we found before anything is filed.

What can it read?

Flights, trains, buses, ferries and stays, from the confirmation email or the PDF ticket attached to it. If something was read wrongly, correct it on the review screen or on the record itself. Your correction is kept.

How do I bring in years of old bookings?

Forward them as attachments: select the emails, then choose Forward as attachment (Gmail on a computer, Apple Mail on a Mac, Outlook). Every email you attach becomes a booking of its own, up to 100 in one message. The app's Bring in years of bookings screen walks through it.

A booking says it is waiting. Why?

Each plan reads a set number of documents a month. A booking that arrives after the month's allowance is used is kept, not lost, and read when the allowance resets or as soon as you move to a larger plan.

No ticket to forward?

Add the trip by hand from the same screen. It goes on your map and in your archive; it does not earn status, because nothing backs it.

Signing in

There are no passwords. Enter your email address and we send a six-digit code that works once, for fifteen minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder, wait a minute and ask for another; you can ask five times an hour.

Family sharing

777 can be shared with up to five people. In the app, open Account › Family, tap Invite someone and send the code; it works once and expires after a week. Everyone keeps a private archive: you see who is in your family, never where they have been. The documents a month are one allowance for the whole family.

Contact

Write to support@treyn.app, from the address you signed in with if the question is about your account. We answer within two business days, and 777 members first.

We will never ask for your password — not ours, because there is none, and not a booking site's. A message that asks for one is not from us.
